Notifications silenced during sleep hours
Disabled the ones that keep me awake (specifically, not for other reasons like no interest)

I always turn off the ringer when i go to sleep and turn my phone upside down so i don't notice the light when it shows notifications on screen. I also turn vibrations off for my watch. Sleep is important. ;P
